We are a licensed provider of social services offering daily visits by a caregiver for diaper changes, toiletries, changing clothes, changing sheets, shopping, room care and meal assistance with uncompromising quality and respect for your loved ones.
After receiving your inquiry via phone or email, we will promptly contact you to discuss your specific needs. Following this, we will arrange a home visit to assess the situation and develop an initial individualized care plan along with a social service contract. The selection of services is tailored to meet the evolving desires and requirements of the client over time. Our care plan remains flexible, adjusting to any changes in the situation or needs that may arise.
One visit per day
From Monday to Friday for 4 weeks for up to 80 min. per day - 500 BGN
Six days of the week for 4 weeks for up to 80 min. per day - 600 BGN
Seven days of the week for 4 weeks for up to 80 min. per day - 700 BGN
Two visits a day
From Monday to Friday for 4 weeks for up to 120 min. per day - 700 BGN
Six days of the week for 4 weeks for up to 120 min. per day - 850 BGN
Seven days of the week for 4 weeks for up to 120 min. per day - 990 BGN
Assistant
The same assistant for visits 5 or 6 days a week, for visits every day of the week there is a substitute assistant. We carry out strict control at each visit - through our electronic system, we know exactly at what time the assistant visited the home.
Trainings
Each caregiver or health assistant trainee is individually attached to our trainer to gain the necessary skills.
Request delivery of delicious food to daily care
If you or a loved one takes advantage of our social services, an additional service can be added to the daily visits - food delivery. The kitchen used is fully permitted for food preparation and transportation, ensuring safety and quality.
- Lunch delivery Monday to Friday (20 supplies). The fee is 160 BGN for 4 weeks.
- Delivery of lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday (20 deliveries). The fee is 220 BGN for 4 weeks.
- Lunch delivery from Monday to Sunday (28 deliveries). The fee is 230 BGN for 4 weeks.
- Delivery of lunch and dinner from Monday to Sunday (28 deliveries). The fee is 310 leva for 4 weeks.
The lunch menu includes a delivery of soup and a main course of 300 g each. You can also add dinner, which is delivered together with lunch, and consists of another main course and dessert of 300 g each.
The food is dietary and tailored to the needs of the elderly. Always the soup or main course is meaty, the second main for dinner is lean if the main course at lunch is meat. The food is not mashed and therefore not suitable for seriously ill people who are on special diet.
Food is prepared in the mother kitchen, which has all the permits for activity - preparation and transportation of food.
Food is delivered in disposable packaging, no exchange of dishes is required.
Meals include a standard menu, which is fixed and planned for each week.
In order for the food to be received, the recipient must have the opportunity to open the door to the courier. If it is not possible, then you can request a visit to our assistant to get the food and help with the meal if necessary. You may need to provide a key from the front door of the building. Delivery is between 8:00 and 13:00.
Delivery of food for Sunday is carried out together with delivery on Saturday. In case of special schedule related to national holidays, we will inform you in advance.
Lunch and dinner menu delivery consists of two different main dishes.
The listed prices include the delivery price.
Payment for deliveries is like a subscription to
4 weeks. The request can be for one of the listed options, as other options, for example, delivery Monday, Wednesday and Friday - are not carried out.
The fee does not include the delivery of bread and utensils.

Telephone medical triage
During the initial phone call, a brief interview is conducted to assess the patient's requirements, specify the type and extent of necessary tests, provide instructions for test preparation, and schedule an appointment for consultation and/or a home visit.
Carrying out the examination
Depending on the preference stated in the first conversation, the specific service is carried out in a medical center or on site, in the patient's home.
Getting a treatment plan and results
Regardless of where the examination was performed, the patient receives a personalized treatment plan on the spot. If a test sample has been carried out, the results are received by e-mail.
Additional assistance
One contact person - your coordinating assistant, who organizes the whole process, reserves hours for examination, consultation, treatment or, if necessary, additional services.
